Chris Martin and Company was established in 1991 with the majority of our work being framing, siding and exterior trim on new construction homes. For the next ten years, this became our specialty. Always working on the coast, we developed a systematic approach to overcoming the adversity of working in such a challenging environment. While working for many of the area’s heralded general contractors it became apparent that they were dependent solely on our ability to provide a quality product. In addition, the scope of work we handled expanded to interior trim and foundations and led to us obtaining a North Carolina Unlimited Builders License. Chris Martin and Company is a building company that provides astute attention to quality and detail by people who are most knowledgeable in the field. We have worked “hands on” with the products in the coastal climate in which we build and make the building process seamless. We take great pride not only in our work, but our community as well.
